Since 2019, our skills development committee has assisted management with ensuring the proper implementation of employee development in our company. We have qualified 4 learners, with 22 more candidates at different stages of the program waiting to join them.
We also have 10 employees who have completed theoretical training through CTC as Artisan Fitters, Artisan Diesel Mechanics, Artisan Auto Electricians, and Artisan Electricians. Four women were sent to COM SOC 1 and 2 for safety officer training so they could succeed in the safety department.
Candidates with mining engineering, rock engineering, hospitality diplomas, and financial accounting degrees were offered internships. Our company seeks to enhance its expertise in several areas.
